Термин, отражающий готовность и способность отдельных частей тела или систем органов вовлекаться в невротические процессы, обеспечивая этим процессам регрессивные соматические пути для разрядки конфликта между влечениями и защитой. Основой соматической податливости пораженного органа является конституциональная или приобретенная недостаточность. Поэтому соматическая податливость рассматривается как феномен, оказывающий влияние на локус симптоматологии и проявления патологического процесса; она играет важную роль в "выборе невроза".Фрейд ввел это понятие в связи с истерией, в частности, при описании случая Доры, и оно встречается в ряде его ранних работ. Хотя оно применимо к широкому спектру так называемых неврозов органов (психофизиологических расстройств), термин соматическая податливость в современной психоаналитической литературе широкого применения не нашел.\Лит.: [203, 253, 266, 271]Словарь психоаналитических терминов и понятий > соматическая податливость
